Giving Tree Realty is built upon a Foundation of Giving Back. Since 2011 we have donated nearly $1 Million to charities helping those in need in our communities. With every home sold by a Giving Tree Realty Broker-Partner, a donation is made to charity. We believe we can change the landscape of the real estate industry one home sale at a time through our unique philanthropic model.

When we’re not selling real estate we’re planning our annual holiday campaign for military families called Toys For Our Troops. Founded in 2013 by Bruce L. Bleiman, this is a mission dedicated to our heroes and their families. Bruce says “The children and spouses of our servicewomen and men have sacrificed so much for us and this is our way of spreading love and bringing much needed cheer and joy during the holiday season to the children and families of our military heroes.” Through a partnership with the USO, Giving Tree Charities, LLC and Giving Tree Realty, LLC partner to assist our local active duty military. Many of the children we serve have a parent that is currently deployed, have completed military tours abroad, have sadly been injured, tragically killed, or are experiencing financial need.
