Heather's career was in business development, sales and teaching before she became a Realtor in 2017. At that time, she was fortunate to join a top Triangle team that offered consistent coaching and training. This led her to quick success, but she yearned to work in this business in other ways. After encountering countless struggling agents in transactions with other teams, she decided to go back to her roots of mentoring and coaching.Heather was delighted to find Giving Tree in her search for a place to land.
